I would give Pureform zero stars if that were an option. I received a cheap piece of plastic that was not even the item I ordered. When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, rather than taking responsibility for sending the wrong product, they began demanding the original packaging and telling me to contact the shipping company. Pureform refused to replace the item or take accountability for its own mistake, leaving me to deal with the consequences of their error. This experience has seriously undermined my trust in the company and raises major concerns about how they treat their customers. A reputable business should stand behind its orders, correct its mistakes, and provide reasonable customer service instead of shifting the burden onto the customer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pureform to anyone. Buyer beware.

Unfortunately the item was not as described or shown. Its bot only smaller than pictured but has a differnt besil and cant be removed from the chain it comes with. Very disapponting and their hassle free 90 day no questions asked return policy hasnt been so hassle free.
