At Pureform, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right.
Return Window
- 90 days from delivery

- Item unused and in original condition
- All packaging and accessories included
How to Return
- Email info@pureform.nl with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll reply with next steps and the return shipping cost for approval
- Once approved, you’ll receive the return instructions
Return Shipping
- Customer covers return shipping.
- Refund = purchase price minus agreed return shipping cost
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 14 days of delivery) with a photo — we’ll send you a new or the correct piece free of cost.
Ordered the Wrong Size or Colour?
We’ll send you a replacement in the right size or colour. You only cover the shipping fee for the new piece.
Warranty
- Covers manufacturing defects, such as a stone falling out or a loose setting
- Clasps are covered for 6 months from delivery
- Normal wear and tear, fading and damage from use are not covered
Refunds
- Processed within 7 business days after approval
- Paid back to your original payment method
Cancellations & Changes
- Cancel within 6 hours of purchase — email info@pureform.nl immediately. A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover payment-processing costs.
- Changes to size, colour or delivery address are free as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet.
