I received a defective ring with visible scratches, exposed glue, and a cloudy, crooked stone set at an uneven height. The ring looked cheap, poorly assembled, and nothing like the quality advertised. It was also too small and was never worn.

Despite receiving photographs clearly showing the defects, the company refused to provide a straightforward full refund. Instead, they repeatedly pushed partial-refund and replacement offers, creating unnecessary delays and frustration.

This was one of my worst online-shopping experiences. Poor-quality merchandise, misleading presentation, and an exhausting refund process. I would not purchase from this company again and strongly recommend that others think twice before ordering.
