RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy applies to orders placed through Pureform.

Pureform acts as an intermediary between the Buyer and the Seller. The products offered on the Website are sold by the Seller, not by Pureform. Pureform may assist with the return and refund process by forwarding requests to the Seller.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 90 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.

If an order consists of multiple products or separate shipments, the withdrawal period starts on the day the Consumer receives the last product, shipment, or part.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify Pureform by email at info@pureform.nl within the withdrawal period. Pureform will forward the request to the Seller.

2. Voluntary Return Period

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, returns may be accepted for up to ninety (90) days after receipt of the order, provided that the product meets the return conditions below.

This voluntary return period does not limit or replace the Consumer’s statutory rights.

3. Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

- unused and in new condition;
- complete with all supplied accessories;
- returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible;
- handled only to the extent necessary to inspect the product.

Products that show signs of use, damage, careless handling, or missing parts may be refused or may result in a reduced refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, unless the product is defective, incorrectly delivered, or the Seller has agreed otherwise.

The Buyer is responsible for returning the product safely and must keep proof of shipment, such as a shipping receipt or tracking confirmation.

5. Return Address

Do not send returns to any EU address or to Pureform’s registered address.

The applicable return address is the Seller’s return address, which may be located outside the European Union, including China. The return address will be provided after the return request has been approved.

Returns sent to an incorrect address may not be accepted or refunded.

6. Refunds

After a valid withdrawal or approved return, the Seller will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, and no later than 90 days after receiving the withdrawal request.

The Seller may wait with the refund until the returned product has been received, or until the Buyer has provided sufficient proof that the product has been returned.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

7. No Restocking Fees

No restocking fees are charged for approved returns.

8. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal or return may be excluded only where legally permitted and clearly stated before purchase. This may apply, for example, to:

- products made according to the Buyer’s specifications;
- personalized products;
- products that spoil or age quickly;
- sealed hygiene products where the seal has been broken;
- sealed audio, video, or software products where the seal has been broken;
- services that have already started with the Consumer’s prior consent.

Pureform does not use “final sale” exclusions unless such exclusion is legally permitted and clearly communicated before purchase.

9. Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, the Buyer must notify Pureform or the Seller in writing within a reasonable period after discovering the issue.

The Seller is responsible for statutory conformity and warranty obligations. Pureform may assist by forwarding communications between the Buyer and the Seller but is not the seller of the product.

10. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If the Buyer requests cancellation before the goods have been dispatched, the Seller may accept the cancellation at its discretion.

If the order has already been processed, reserved, customized, or prepared by the Seller or its logistics partner, reasonable administrative or processing costs may apply, up to a maximum of fifteen percent (15%) of the order value.

This does not affect the Consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal after receiving the goods.

- order number;
- full name;
- delivery address;
- product(s) concerned;
- date of receipt;
- reason for return, if applicable;
- photos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Pureform will forward the request to the Seller and provide return instructions where applicable.
